Yogart day experiences are a celebration of being alive!

This empowering one day workshop creates space for self discovery through movement, mixed media explorations and deeply restorative, sensorial relaxations. No previous yoga or art experience is required.

I will share with you a brief introduction to creative philosophies of freedom before inviting you to discover the power of feeling fully present through movement, meditation and mixed media investigations.

To close the session we will enjoy a powerful trinity: a time of reflection; a unique object to take home with you; and a nourishing deep relaxation.
